Did I mention that I also read tarot?

Call it what you like,

but tarot has been one of the most useful tools in my arsenal of collected skillsets and I use it every day to check in with myself both mentally and physically. I don’t usually read for my clients, but recently it’s come up and few times and we always have a ton of fun chatting and pulling cards. For me, checking in on my clients’ wellbeing and being an ear or even a shoulder for them, should they need it, has always felt like a normal part of being a nail tech. Incorporating tarot (and sometimes even channeled drawings) into my list of services offered is really just a natural progression of that friendly neighbor TLC.

Ask any tarot reader

About their methods on tarot and, if they’ve been doing this longer than a couple or years or so, they’ll all give you a variation on the same answer which is the same answer I’m going to give you now: I read tarot in the way that I personally best understand, which, in my case, means I have a conversation with my desk, ask questions and receive answers. I typically don’t use specific spreads with meanings for each car position or pull and have received some of the most “in tune” spreads by simply letting my cards fly out as I’m talking to myself or the person for whom I’m reading.

Sometimes that includes drawing, and I have a sneaking suspicion that this will eventually include nail art for clients who might feel a bit indecisive about how they want their manicure to look.

Channeled Portraits

The video above is one I made for a friend of mine, just to share kind of what and how I do what I do and, since you’re here already… you seem like a friend, so feel free to check it out and see how I channeled my brother-in-law’s late grandfather’s likeness. Who knows? Maybe you’ll end up wanting a reading like this in the future.

Ask me about a tarot reading while you’re here getting your nails done and you’ll probably end up getting a free intro to tarot during or after your manicure.
